A quiet nudge when your briefing is ready, and the one
alert that can’t wait — a closure, a note from the nurse. Nothing else, ever.

A flyer, a screenshot, a PDF calendar, or half a sentence. It goes through the
same reader as your mail, so it gets dates, a child and a place on your list.

When briefings arrive
Morning Brief
Short: the day ahead, what to pack.
Evening Digest
The full one: how the day went, the week ahead.
Skips weekends, school closures, and trips you've logged.
If any child has school, it still comes.
days
How far ahead the Evening Digest and the Today tab look. Anywhere from 3 to 14.
Time zone
The clock your briefing times are in.
Briefings are running
Pausing stops the emails. Mail still arrives and is still read.
Same-day alerts are on
A closure, an early dismissal, or a note from the nurse
reaches you right away. Everything else waits for your next briefing.
Who gets them
Keep us out of spam
Saving FridayFolder as a contact tells Gmail and Outlook these briefings
are wanted mail, and it puts our logo beside them instead of a gray letter. It takes one
tap, and it is worth doing on each parent's phone.
System follows whatever your phone or laptop is
set to, and changes with it. This is kept on this device only — it is a preference,
not a fact about your household, so it does not need to leave the browser.
Where you are
A ZIP code, and only a ZIP code. It is what puts the afternoon forecast in
your briefing — the four-to-seven window, when practice happens — and it is
the only piece of your location this product asks for or stores.
Most weeks
Who we read
Muting a sender stops new items from it. Nothing already on your list disappears.
The short tag beside each one is how we recognize the
same commitment across different emails. Edit it only if two organizations have ended up
sharing a tag, or if it is plainly wrong.

This is the address that gets your sign-in link. It is not necessarily where your

Three different sizes of forget. The first two keep

Stop holding my mail
Deletes the stored text and attachments of every email. Your list and
your briefings are untouched.
Forget everything you read
Every item, message and past briefing. Your family, children and
